all orders (except amazon bow sets) are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We aim to ship your order within 3 to 5 days from receiving it. Due to the pandemic, we have restricted visits to the post office to once a week (Sundays), please contact us if you have an urgent request.

untracked lettermail, standard tracked and express delivery is available.

lettermail disclaimer - only offered for orders up to 50 grams. this is an affordable option to ship your order and DOES NOT include tracking. usually orders arrive within 5 to 13 days but this cannot be guaranteed as it's all dependent on the courier. once your order is shipped, it is out of our control. by choosing this option, you acknowledge we will not know when your order will arrive and we are not responsible for delays or lost mail.

standard tracked is available and estimated delivery is within 5 to 21 business days.

RETURN POLICY 

due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not accept returns. if your item has any damage or is faulty, we will gladly replace the item for you (if in stock) or provide a refund. please note, a photo inspection needs to be provided and you must contact us within 7 days after delivery.
